M1 : Right now, it's six percent. And we use the average daily balance to calculate the interest you've earned and credit it automatically to your account.

F1 : Then I'd like to open this account with a deposit of one thousand pounds. My name is Lilian Kobak.

M1 : Could you spell it?

F1 : L-I-L-I-A-N , K-O-B-A-K.

M1 : Ok , Ms. Kobak, you'll receive the printed checks in ten days. First , you have to fill out these forms.
