A basketball match is to be held between your university team and the Cambridge University Team tomorrow. However, the latter can not come as scheduled. Write an announcement of sports delay to 

　　1)announce the delay of the basketball match, 

　　2)state the reason for the delay, and 

　　3)announce the new date and venue of the match. 

　　You should write about 100 words on ANSER SHEET 2. Do not sign your own name at the end of the letter. Use “Li Ming” instead. You do not need to write the address. (10 points)
