27．No tender from accredited agents on behalf of Builders or their Principals 

will be considered unless the principal’s agents hold a Power of Attorney 

from the Builder or Principals empowering him/them to tender on their behalf 

and to enter into a valid contract on behalf of the Builder or principals 

to fulfill the terms and conditions of the said supply. 

检 验 

28．供方应按要求至少提前六周通知深舱货轮的测试日期，以便招标委员会主席做好测试安排。未经招标委员会主席或其正式委任的代表——检验人员的检验、测试和批准，该船不得进行交接。 

29．供方应向检验人员提供检查、检验、测试和测量用的一切合理、适用设施。 

凡与规格不符的材料无法不予使用，供方在接到此类拒用通知后，应免费予以更换。施工前，供方应就局部施工方式取得检方认可，并提供检方要求的图样和资料。 

检验费用由史密斯国际有限公司招标委员会负担。 

INSPECTION 

28．The Supplier should, if so required, give at least 6 weeks’ notice of 

the date on which the DHCS will be ready for test/trials at works to enable 

the Chairman of the Tender Board to arrange for such tests, Such DHCS shall 

not be despatched until inspected, tested and approved by the Chairman
