22．Lists of Machinery/Equipment as per schedule of Annex. 

23．Tenders shall include a Certificate of Guarantee from the tenderer that 

the CHCS offered by him shall be fully capable of meeting all requirements 

laid down in the specifications supplied to him herewith. 

24．One copy of the tender shall be marked "ORIGINAL" in block capitals. 

25．Each tenderer must state explicitly the degree of conformity of his 

CHCS to each item of the specifications laid down herein for that particular 

DHCS. The tenderer must draw attention to any deviation from any item of 

specifications with reasons for such deviation. 

26．The tender shall be submitted in three copies, each copy being signed 

by the tenderer together with two signed copies of the conditions（prices 

and terms of payment）of tender, enclosed in one sealed cover marked "GENDER 

FOR GHE 2 HDCS TO THE SMITH INTERNATIONAL COMPANY LTD." on the top, left 

hand, outside corner and should be addressed to the Chairman, Tender Board,
