价 格

12．投标价格应以美元或深舱货轮制造国的货币表示。如有可能，投标人应在投标时提出他们最优惠的信贷条款和财政便利的详情。深舱货轮的报价应尽可能采用固定价格，或采用基价加浮动的公式，但投标人应对浮动公式作出说明，并提供最近三年相应指数的副本。

13．投标人应以下列方式分别予以报价（详见投标书）。

14．深舱货轮经试航和测试后在A港交船。

15．深舱货轮经买方指定的检验人员试航和测试后，在建造商的船坞交船，在建造商保证人员的保驾下，由史密斯国际有限公司的船员驶回。为此，建造商应承担所有的费用，包括海上航行费用、每艘船上5名史密斯国际有限公司船员从A港飞到船坞的机票费以及在供方所在国的食宿费用。

16．投标书应包含用于维护保养的技术说明书和船舶手册的固定价格。

17．价格表中的投标价格应分别用数字和文字填写。如数字与文字有所不符，则以文字为准。如果投标书的价格未用文字表示或有任何填写错误，则按不安全的投标书予以拒绝。投标书中凡有改动和擦掉之处，均应由有关投标人签名。

18．凡投标人未标明价格的特别项目，应视其价格已包含在其他项目的价格中。标书的各方面内容均应填写完整，不完整的投标书可能会遭拒绝。投标人应在其不拟报价的项目栏中写上“无”字。

PRICES

12．Tender value should be stated in United States Dollars or as an alternative

in the currency of the DHCS building country. Tenderers are required to

put forward, if possible, their most favourable credit terms and details

of finance facilities while making tenders. The prices quoted for the DHCS

should, as far as possible be on a fixed basis, or as an alternative on

a formula basis of a basic price plus escalation; the escalation formula,

however, should be explained and copies of the last three years' relevant

indices should be provided.

13．The tenderers are required to quote the prices separately in the following

manner: （details are set out in Tender form.）
