    Ⅰ 招标通告 

史密期国际有限公司招标委员会主席特发出招标公告，邀请所有符合条件的货源国造船商，或声誉卓著、经验丰富的制造商或贸易公司向史密斯有限公司供应两艘深舱货轮。 

（Ⅰ）TENDER NOTICE 

Tenders are hereby invited by the Chairman, Tender Board, Smith International 

Co., Ltd. from builders of all the eligible source countries or well reputable 

and experienced manufacturers or trading companies for supply of 2 Deep 

Hold Cargo Ships (DHCS) to Smith Co.Ltd. 

Ⅱ招标条件 

1． 投标书上标明向史密斯国际有限公司供应的两艘深舱货轮的性能规格。 

2． 价格应在投标书价格表中详细标明。 

3． 截止日期 

投标书可用挂号邮寄，并在19 年5月15日下午4时前寄达史密期国际有限公司招标委员会主席处。 

如果投标人委派在 地的代理人处理上述事项，而不是通过挂号出递，则其代理人须在19 年5月15日下午4时前，及时将按上述要求标明的密封投入史密斯国际有限公司大楼的投标箱。投标书信封上须注明投标人的姓名和地址。 

（Ⅱ）GENERAL CONDITIONS OF TENDERS 

1． Specifications of 2 DHCS to Smith International Co., Ltd. are indicated 

in Tender Form. 

2． Prices are indicated in details in the Schedule of Prices in Tender 

Form. 

3． Closing Date 

Tenders may be sent and delivered by registered mail to the Chairman, Tender
