    2．某货主委托某货代公司出运一批货物，自上海到香港。该货代公司代表货主向船公司订舱后取得提单，船公司要求该货代公司暂扣提单，直到该货主把过去拖欠该船公司的运费付清以后再放单。后该货主向某海事法院起诉该货代公司违反代理义务擅自扣留提单造成货主无法结汇产生巨额损失。

    根据上述案例，分析该货代公司对货主的损失是否承担责任？为什么？
