Required results:

　Minimize the amount of logon validation over the WAN links.

　Allow users in Caracas and Paris to access resources in Chicago.

　Allow users in Chicago to access resources in Caracas,Paris,Seattle,Dalla and Atlanta.

Optopnal desired results:

Allow administrators in each city to control access to network resources in their respective cities,but do not allow administrators to control resources from other cities.

Provide centralized management of user accounts.

Proposed solution:

Use the single master domain model,and place all the user accounts in the Chicago domain.

Configure all other locations as resource domains.
