认购： 申请购买新发行的股票、债券或其他证券。如果投资人所申购的总股数等于或超过发行量，就称为全部认购或超额认购（在超额的情况下）。如果申购的股票数不抵发行数，就称认购不足。
Subscribe: To apply to buy shares, bonds other securities that have been newly issued. If the total number of shares for which investors have applied equals or exceeds the amount on offer, the issue is said to be fully subscribed or oversubscribed (in the case an excess). If the applications do not cover the shares on offer, the issue is undersubscribed.
