1．能不能区分开（tell .distinguish…from） 

题目中的绝对化用词和主客观体应该特别警惕和注意。 

90-4-Sec6-T9: 合法与不合法象牙的区分P19 

90-4-Sec6-T24: 判别是否安装了防盗系统 

93-10-Sec1-T10: 杀虫剂对一种植物无害的前提是，能区分出这种植物 

门： （weaken）杀虫剂对一种植物有害，但它附有警告标签，所以该杀虫剂是可以使用的。 

钥匙： 农民无法将此类植物同其他植物区分开。 

1)It is difficult to distinguish plants of the species that the pesticide can harm from related plants that can benefit from treatment with the pesticide. 

2)wholesale buyers attempting to limit their purchases to legal ivory can reliably distinguish legal from illegal ivory 

3)Before they entered a house, the burglars could usually tell whether or not it had a burglar alarm system.
